Usage

1. Before first use and after subsequent uses, hand wash the pan with warm water and dish soap.
2. Preheat the pan over medium heat and brush with unsalted vegetable fat or oil before each use.
3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into each cavity and bake until the center bubbles and the edges turn golden brown.
4. Flip each pancake with a non-metal utensil. Bake until fully cooked. Test with a wooden toothpick by poking it in the center of the pancakes; if the toothpick comes out clean, the pancake is done.
