Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT DOES WIDTH RANGE MEAN?
The width range is the measurement range within which we can cut the cutlery drawer. We purchase drawer inserts that have a "margin" around the compartments. We then cut this margin to fit the insert into your drawer. For example, width range 675-730 mm - the cutlery drawer is 730mm wide at purchase, but we can cut the width down to 675mm without affecting the compartments.
So you choose the width range according to how wide your drawer is internally. Once you have measured your drawer's width, you will see which range you fall into. For example, if your drawer is 698 mm wide internally, you choose the 675-730 mm range as this includes your measurement.
CAN I CHOOSE HOW THE COMPARTMENTS ARE ARRANGED IN MY DRAWER?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose which compartments will be in the drawer. We do not manufacture the products and therefore do not decide how the drawers are designed. Our customization is done around the compartments and does not affect the arrangement. The compartment layout is determined by the width of your drawer.
DO I HAVE A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products according to the distance selling law. However, in individual cases, we approve returns for customers with custom-made items, so please contact us, and we will assess the case based on the measurements your product has been cut to!
