❓ Questions & Answers
WHAT DOES THE WIDTH RANGE MEAN?
The width range shows which internal drawer widths a particular drawer insert can be customised for. The products have a margin around the compartments that we trim to fit your drawer perfectly.
For example, the 675–730 mm range means that the insert is originally 730 mm wide but can be trimmed down to 675 mm without affecting the compartment layout.
You don't need to choose an exact measurement from the list—simply select the range that includes your drawer's internal width.
WHY SHOULD I MEASURE 55 MM UP FROM THE BOTTOM?
Many modern kitchen drawers have sides that slope inwards. Measuring 55 mm up from the bottom ensures you get the correct internal width where the drawer insert will actually sit.
CAN I CHOOSE THE COMPARTMENT LAYOUT?
Unfortunately not. We only trim the outer edges of the drawer insert, so the size and position of the compartments remain unchanged. The compartment layout depends on the width of your drawer.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT?

Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT DOES THE WIDTH RANGE MEAN?
The width range indicates the dimensions within which we can trim the spice insert. We purchase inserts with a margin around the compartments. This margin is what we trim so the insert fits your drawer perfectly. For example, in the 385–440 mm width range, the insert is originally 440 mm wide, but we can trim it down to 385 mm without affecting the compartments.
Simply choose the width range that matches your drawer's internal width. Once you have measured the width of your drawer, you'll see which range your measurement falls into. For example, if your drawer measures 395 mm internally, you should choose the 385–440 mm width range, as it includes your measurement.
CAN I CHOOSE THE COMPARTMENT LAYOUT IN MY DRAWER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the compartment layout. We do not manufacture these products ourselves and therefore cannot alter their design. Our customisation only involves trimming the outer edges of the insert, so the compartment layout remains unchanged. The layout you receive depends on the width of your drawer.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT?
Custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If something has gone wrong, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
