Right of withdrawal
As a private customer, you have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order. The product must be returned unused, in unchanged condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note that custom-made products are manufactured according to your specific requirements and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal under applicable distance contract regulations.
