Return information

• 30-day return period
  You may return a standard product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be returned complete, securely packaged and in new condition for the return and refund to be approved. Please use the original packaging if you still have it, although this is not an absolute requirement. You pay the return shipping cost.
• Return instructions
  Customers in Sweden can use the Swedish return portal, and customers in Denmark can use the Danish return portal. Customers in other countries should contact customer service for instructions.
• Custom-made products
  Made-to-measure, custom-made and personalised products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
