It’s Design is operated by Linfalk AB, Company Registration No. 556470-0556. These terms and conditions apply between Linfalk AB (“we”, “us” or the “Company”) and you as a consumer when you shop through www.itsdesign.se (the “Website”). Our full contact details are available on our customer service page.
These terms apply to private customers. Separate terms apply to business customers.
Our Privacy Policy also applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop with us. Customers under 18 require the approval of a parent or legal guardian. If fraud, unauthorised use of payment details or other irregularities are suspected, we may temporarily suspend the order and contact you, the payment provider or the relevant authority.
We may update these terms. The version you accepted when placing your order applies to that purchase.
Orders and order confirmation
After placing an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check the details and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.
If an item unexpectedly cannot be delivered, or an obvious pricing or product error has affected the order, we will contact you before making any change. Any amount already paid for an item that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
Payment
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the order and delivery address.
Applicable VAT is calculated according to the delivery country. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and other import charges. These costs are paid by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery
In-stock products are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Made-to-measure, made-to-order and specially produced items may have a longer lead time.
Shipping costs, available delivery options and any applicable free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.
Express handling is available only for deliveries within Sweden and is shown at checkout when offered. Express means priority handling at our warehouse and is not a guarantee of delivery on a particular day.
If delivery is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may choose to wait, select an equivalent item or receive a refund for an item that cannot be delivered. We never replace an ordered product without your approval.
Delivery is made to the address provided with the order. Orders weighing more than 20 kg are normally delivered to the home address by prior arrangement with DHL.
Click & Collect
All customers may collect their order free of charge from our warehouse at Fågelögatan 2, 582 78 Linköping, Sweden.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that the order is ready before visiting the warehouse.
Unclaimed deliveries
Failure to collect or receive a delivery does not constitute notice that you wish to withdraw from or cancel the purchase.
If a shipment is returned to us, we may charge our actual costs for shipping, return shipping and handling. Storage or other charges imposed by the carrier may also be charged to you.
Order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. We will assist where possible before packing, processing or production has begun.
If an item is added or replaced, the price and stock status applicable at the time of the change will apply. The contents can no longer be changed after dispatch.
Cancellations
As a consumer, you may cancel an item until you have received it. Please contact us in writing at kontakt@itsdesign.se and include your order number.
If processing or production has already begun, we may be entitled to reasonable compensation for the actual costs and losses caused by the cancellation. This also applies to made-to-measure and specially produced products.
30-day right of return and withdrawal
Private customers have a 30-day right of return from the date the product is received.
The right does not apply to made-to-measure, specially produced or personalised products manufactured according to your individual measurements or instructions or otherwise clearly personalised. Any exception is stated on the product page before purchase.
Notify us within 30 days if you wish to withdraw. Customers in Sweden and Denmark may register the return through our returns portal. Customers in all other countries must contact kontakt@itsdesign.se for return instructions.
You pay the return shipping cost. For returns within Sweden registered through the portal, SEK 59 is deducted from the refund. The cost of a return from Denmark is shown when the return is registered.
You may inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical shop. If it has been handled more than necessary and is no longer in new condition, we may deduct the actual reduction in value.
The product must be returned complete and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please use the original packaging if it is still available, but it is not an absolute requirement.
Refunds
Refunds are made without undue delay to the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. We may wait until the product has been returned or you provide proof that it has been sent.
Return shipping and any actual reduction in value may be deducted. If the entire purchase is returned, the standard delivery charge is also refunded. Additional costs for express or a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
Complaints and defective products
If a product is defective, damaged or does not match the information supplied at purchase, please contact us.
Your complaint rights are governed by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence. These terms do not restrict those rights.
Email kontakt@itsdesign.se with your order number, the product concerned, a description of the issue and photographs or other supporting material. Please wait for our instructions before returning the product.
For an approved complaint, we cover the necessary return shipping and provide a remedy under applicable consumer law, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Measurements and compatibility
Check all measurements, hole spacing, materials, fittings and other specifications before ordering. For made-to-measure products, you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and information you provide. Follow our measuring guides and contact us before purchase if you are unsure.
We are not responsible for an incorrect purchase caused by inaccurate customer measurements or information, provided our information was correct and clear. This does not restrict your rights if the product or our information is incorrect.
Errors and reservations
We aim to keep the Website accurate but reserve the right to correct typographical errors, incorrect prices, stock information, product information and other obvious mistakes.
If an obvious error affects your order, we will contact you. You may accept the corrected information or cancel the purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Force majeure
Extraordinary circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to deliver as planned. We will inform you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to limit the delay. Our liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disputes
Please contact us first if you are dissatisfied so that we can try to resolve the matter together.
These terms are governed by Swedish law without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence. A dispute may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a competent court.
